APS Solar Battery Rebate

This energy storage rebate is only available for a very limited time, so you must act now! APS originally budgeted $1,800,000 for this program, but as of November 1, 2022 they only have $566,890 left in rebates to give out!

Option 1: Data Only

• Receive $500 per kW of battery capacity, up to $2,500 per home.

Option 2: Data and Battery Management

• Share your battery data and share up to 80% of the battery system’s capacity for a maximum of 100 events per year;
• Receive $500 per kW of battery capacity, up to $2,500 per home;
• Receive an additional $1,250, with maximum rebate of $3,750 per home.

APS Free Nest Thermostat

The Google Nest GA01334-US qualifies for the APS Nest rebate, and you can control it from your Google Home app. With APS you get the following rebates and discounts:

APS Free Ecobee Thermostat

The Ecobee EB-STATE3LT-02 qualifies for the same APS rebates for thermostats as the Nest thermostat above.

APS Cool Rewards Program

There are certain requirements when you get a free thermostat through APS:

• Cool Reward thermostats jump into action during times of high energy use;
• Prior to an event, you will be notified;
• During an event, your thermostat will be raised a few degrees for 2-3 hours;
• You can change your temperature at any time during an event;
• After an event, your thermostat will return to your original setting or schedule.
• The temperature adjustments: 1) Reduce demand on the grid; and 2) Use more clean energy by pre-cooling your home.

APS Air Conditioner Rebate

Hire Phoenix Solar Panel Systems to perform your New Air Conditioner Installation and get a $1,200 rebate with APS!

The APS rebate for air conditioners is up to $1,200 when you replace your old or broken air conditioner with a new one. The rebate has two parts, a base $200 rebate and the potential of $1,000 in rebate assistance.

To qualify for the $200 APS AC rebate, the unit must be:

• Replaced with new unit with a minimum of 15 SEER; and
• Installed by a participating contractor like Phoenix Solar Panel Systems.

To qualify for the rebate assistance:

• New AC must be an emergency replacement of an old AC that has failed or is failing; and
• New AC must have been purchased on or after July 28, 2021; and
• AC is installed by a participating contractor like Phoenix Solar Panel Systems.
• Homeowner is unemployed due to COVID-19 or is enrolled in the APS Energy Support Program.
• New 14 SEER units get $800; or
• New 15 SEER or higher units get $1,000.
